PROJECT: PLAYTIME is a free-to-play multiplayer horror game developed by PLT Mobile Games. In this game, six players work together to create a giant toy while facing a terrifying monster that roams the toy factory. One player controls the monster and their goal is to find and kill everyone.
As a Resource Extraction Specialist at Playtime Co., the largest toy company in the world, your job is to extract giant toy parts from closed off areas of the factory. These parts are locked behind cryptic puzzles and guarded by monstrous creatures. Your mission is to retrieve the parts, avoid contact with the monsters, and most importantly, survive.
The game features a 6v1 battle of survival, where six players take on the role of survivors. They must solve puzzles and work together to assemble the giant toy while avoiding the monster. The monster player can choose from three different characters, each with their own unique abilities.
Survivors have access to a powerful tool called the GrabPack, which allows them to carry heavy objects, complete puzzles, and slam doors shut in the face of the monster. Monsters can use Toy Tickets, an in-game currency earned by playing the game, to purchase and upgrade abilities called Sabotages. These Sabotages give them an advantage over the survivors, such as blinding them or destroying their GrabPacks.
The game takes place in the Playtime Co. toy factory, featuring two massive maps with different sections to explore. Players can also customize their characters with cosmetics obtained from the in-game shop or the seasonal TOY BOX, which offers 100 levels of cosmetic rewards.
